​My Journey with Mindset & Healing
Healing is more than physical recovery. It is mental, emotional, and spiritual.
After my stroke, I learned that progress didn’t always show up in obvious ways. Some days, progress looked like getting through the day. Other days, it meant learning how to speak to myself with patience instead of frustration.
Mindset and affirmations became a quiet anchor. Not because they erased fear or uncertainty, but because they helped me stay grounded when things felt out of control. They reminded me that even on hard days, I was still moving forward.
